While they can lead to rapid fat loss, they can also be addictive and damaging to one’s health. If you decide to follow this method, ensure you only take pills prescribed by a doctor. There are many weight loss scams out there that promise magic weight loss pills and supplements without delivering results.

The best way to stay fit and maintain healthy weight is to exercise and follow a healthy diet. If you decide to follow any one of these techniques, it is important to discuss the health implication of the option with a qualified medical professional.  While following these extreme weight loss tips causes drastic fat loss results, they are not healthy ways to lose weight.
