ro! – The GO & the Pro are two different energy drinks. They were designed to be used in conjunction with each other. The GO is to be used prior to a workout in order to help increase your energy levels. The Pro would then be consume throughout the workout to help sustain you and allow you to lift more and run longer.
Neuro – Is another energy drink. I personally use this after I drink my Vi-Shape shake in the mornings. It contains green tea extract that helps in curbing hunger. The Neuro also works well for me when I need to stay focused on a task.
Vi-Pak – The Vi-Pak is a mixture of Vitamins, Minerals, & Nutrients for the body. Is an essential addition to one’s diet as it helps give the added nutrients that the body needs. This is a must in my house.
Vi-Shape – The “shake mix that tastes like a cake mix” is the foundation of every single BodyByVi Challenge Kit. This is the product that you use as a meal replacement or as your protein shake before or after your workout.
